like all whippers TELME, have the cylinder vertical willing mind. They are characterized by an effective mixing of the ice cream that is forming. The agitator pushes upwards the product which falls then by force of gravity.
The temperature cycle allows to obtain, with different amounts of the mixture, always the same result. The temperature of the ice cream, reports the percentage of frozen water which, in turn, influence the good shelf life. The ice cream, at the end of the cycle, may also be granted after a few minutes, because the machine automatically keeps it in perfect conditions.
The reversal of the direction of rotation and the doubling of the speed
