Electric Cream Cooker able to satisfy multiple needs: from low to industrial production, for both pastry and gastronomy business. This product can face the cooking process of custard, jam, condensed milk, polenta, risottos or vegetable creams. Stainless Steel made, triple walled tank with hollow spaces filled with diathermic oil, basically using the "Bain-marie" cooking system, and it is placed over an horizontally pivoted structure, in order to facilitate the operations of emptying and cleaning. The tank it's also fully removable. A central mixing tool constantly stirs the cream and, with the aid of bottom and side scrapers, prevents the product from adhering to the bowl during the cooking process. Said mixing tool can both rotate clockwise and counter-clockwise. The cooking temperature is adjustable using a thermostat placed on the control panel. A timer with buzzer is also available. Great care has been given with creating the protective grid and all the devices to ensure operational safety, in compliance with the regulations in force.
