The PM600 dough sheeter is the result of the evolution of the previous model, of which it maintains the characteristi cs of robustness and maximum reliability. It finds its ideal location in pastry shops, hotels, restaurants, in small and medium-sized bakeries. It can work different types of dough up to very thin thick nesses. Distances between laminating cylinders from 0 to 45 mm. The structure is in painted steel, with no plastic parts. Equipped with stainless steel safety guards with electric lock. Complete with: under shelves, flour tray and flour bowl. The infeed and outfeed conveyor belts have different alternated speeds. Once finished to work, its shelves can be raised upwards to take up less space, or removed. The machine is mounted on wheels to facilitate movement.
