The process takes place automatically relieving the Pizza man from all the effort and repeated work, saving the lengthy procedure of the preparation.
The Rounder and Divider Pizza Dough Machine AR 2109 is able to form balls of different weight from 180 to 250 grams in cycles of 25 seconds for a total production of 700 per hour.
