Spiral mixer with tilting head and removable bowl. Variable speed. Complete with timer and wheels. Ideal machine for pizzerias and families. The spiral, oversized and in a conical section for maximum resistance, allows fast and perfectly blended doughs. It has a gasket that seals and protects the spiral thread from mixing acids. Thanks to the watertight, leak-proof bearings, the machine is very quiet Stainless steel tank, central column and protection grid. The transmission system is silent as it is made with an oil bath gearmotor. The machines are fitted with a suspended gearmotor, which allows excellent air circulation, easy and quick after-sales interventions.
