Spiral mixer with fixed head and bowl. Complete with wheels and timer. The spiral, oversized and in a conical section for maximum resistance, allows fast and perfectly blended doughs. The gasket seals and protects the spiral thread from mixing acids thanks to the watertight, infiltration-proof bearings. The steel plate under the head and the sheath on the start button protect against infiltrations. Stainless steel tank, central column and protection grid. the transmission system is silent as it is made with an oil bath gearmotor. Suspended gear motor, which allows excellent air circulation.
