Machine for the production of baguettes, suitable for small, medium and large production bakeries. This machine laminates and subsequently rolls the dough through 3 food-grade nylon pressure cylinders adjusted to the optimal position as needed by the action of a lever that slides on a graduated sector. Once the right position has been found, the cylinders work the dough by crushing it, reducing its thickness and directing the product towards a belt which rolls it up and lets it enter between 2 opposing belts, refining it in a soft and progressive way. These two ""pressure belts"" are regulated by a knob equipped with a millimetric indicator. The dough can be stretched up to 700mm. The hopper can be easily lifted making access quick for cleaning the cylinders and related scrapers. The machine can be placed on a work table.
