Vacook 15 professional thermocirculator for low temperature vacuum cooking, reliable and resistant. Stainless steel body (Aisi 304), display to view cooking time and water temperature, 10 integrated programs to reproduce your successful recipes with probe to the heart for precise, uniform and reproducible cooking. It is suitable for all heat-resistant containers capable of holding up to 50l. The food is protected by the bag and does not come into direct contact with the external cooking environment, therefore, oxygen has no possibility of penetrating inside and the food does not risk oxidising. With vacuum cooking, foods do not lose their natural color and nutritional properties: all the flavors remain inside the bag, as do all the vitamins and mineral salts. Even foods that generally darken during cooking remain their initial color. The sous vide cooking technique not only allows the shelf life of the product to be extended up to three times, since the absence of oxygen slows down bacterial proliferation and the oxidation of foods, but is above all recommended in diets as it allows cooking without adding fat.
