The Multipasta Unit, as it is with no accessories, is a unit that can only produce Ravioli.While the Ravioli Unit can only produce Ravioli in a Single specific format (mm 20x20, 34x40, 40x50 or 70x70x70 Triangular Shaped), the Multipasta Unit can produce up to about 40 Ravioli Formats, different by shape and dimensions, also with double filling (Over and Under).Each one of these formats can be produced with a specific Ravioli Mould to be inserted in the Multipasta Unit, and has to be purchased separately.To be able to use the Multipasta Unit as it is, the purchase of at least one Ravioli Mould is needed.Adding the Pasta Sheet Cutter to the Multipasta Unit, it is possible to produce Tagliolini, Tagliatelle and Pappardelle of different sizes. With Smooth or Jagged edges. Be advised that the Multipasta Cutter as it is, can only cut Pasta Sheets in squares to be used for Lasagne or Cannelloni. For the production of Tagliolini, Tagliatelle and Pappardelle it is necessary to buy Cutting Rolls, of the desired type.It is also possible to combine the Multipasta Unit to its Gnocchi Module, thus allowing the creation of Gnocchi using mashed potatoes, flour of any kind, spices and herbs.The Multipasta Unit, combined with the Pasta Sheet Cutter and the Gnocchi Unit, reaches its maximum versatility, being able to create 3 different kinds of pasta products.The Multipasta Unit can be attached to the following Machines:-PNUOVA-P2-P6-P12-P2Pleasure*The Unit's productivity is indicated as an Average: It may vary depending on the machine on which the Multipasta is attached to.
