Natural and Traditional grill cooking. The Lasa-stone grill will allow to recreate the classic charcoal grilled food, but with a more exact control of the temperature and more safety for the operator. The cooking grid is built slightly sloped, thus allowing fat and fluids to flow in a large collection tray. Said grid also has a surface that is shaped so that can be used indifferently with meat, fish or vegetables.
